3-Day Website ("we," "us") builds websites for small business owners. This page explains what information we collect when you visit 3-daywebsite.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain English, no legal maze.
If you fill out our application form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, business name, current website, and anything you tell us about your situation. If you take our free website assessment, we collect your email address along with your assessment score. If you book a call through our scheduling link, Calendly collects the details you provide there under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Tag Manager to run three analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 (how visitors find and use the site), Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings and heatmaps that show us how pages are used), and the Meta Pixel (which helps us measure whether our ads on Meta platforms are working). These tools set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. We do not send them your name or email address.
If you give us your email through the assessment or a form, we store it in our email platform (Moosend) and may send you helpful emails about improving your website. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
We use what you share to respond to your application, deliver your assessment results, schedule calls you request, improve the site, and measure our marketing. That's it. We never sell personal information.
Application and assessment data is kept while it's useful for working together or following up, and deleted when it isn't. You can shortcut that at any time by asking us to delete your information.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@3-daywebsite.com and we'll take care of it. You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an extension, and the site works fine without them.
Our services are for business owners and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
