These are the terms that apply when you apply for and book a 3-Day Website build. Plain English, same as everything else on this site. By submitting an application or paying your deposit, you're agreeing to them.
A 3-Day Website build starts at $3,500 and includes:
The build happens over 3 working days from your kickoff. It's a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement, not an open-ended design retainer.
You see 3 custom designs before you commit to anything. If none of them feel right, you don't pay, and you walk away owing nothing. Payment is only due once you've picked a design and we're moving forward with the build.
The build takes about 3 hours of your time in total: a kickoff session, a short check-in, and a final review, plus quick approvals along the way. Edits and revisions happen inside that 3-day window. If you can't be available during your scheduled build window, we'll reschedule the window rather than stretch the build past 3 days.
Once your site is live, you get a full handoff: training on how to run it, a plain-English edit guide, your passwords in one place, and a 90-day growth checklist. The site, its content, and your domain are yours. Changes or a redesign after launch, and after the 3-day window closes, are a separate engagement.
A clear, professional, lead-generating website is a powerful tool, but we can't promise a specific number of leads, calls, or sales. Results depend on factors outside the website itself, including your market, your follow-up, and your offer.
We do our best work and stand behind it, but our liability for any claim related to a build is limited to the amount you paid us for that build. We're not liable for indirect or downstream losses, like lost profits, from using or being unable to use the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
